How do I create a workspace?

Go to stackbharat.com, click "Start free trial", enter your company name, and sign in with Google. You get a 7-day free trial with up to 10 members, no credit card required.

How do I invite team members?

From your admin dashboard, go to Members → Add Member. Enter the team member's email. They'll receive an invite link. Once they click it and sign in with Google, they're active in your workspace.

Does my team need separate Google accounts?

Yes, each member signs in with their own Google account. StackBharat uses Google OAuth — no passwords to manage.

How does topic restriction work?

As an admin, go to Admin → Topics. Add topics like "QuickBooks", "US GAAP", "Payroll". The AI's system prompt is updated to only answer questions within those topics. In Strict mode, the AI refuses off-topic questions. In Guided mode, it gently redirects.

Can I change topics after launch?

Yes, topic changes take effect immediately. Any chat started after you save the new configuration will use the updated topics.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

After the trial ends, your team's AI access is locked until you subscribe to a paid plan. No data is deleted. Subscribe from Admin → Billing. Payment is processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Admin → Billing. The new plan takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes, GST invoices are available on the Scale plan and above. Download them from Admin → Billing.

What are the query limits?

Each member gets 30 queries per day and 900 per month on paid plans. During the free trial, limits are 20 queries/day. Limits reset at midnight IST (daily) and the 1st of each month (monthly).

What happens when a member hits their limit?

Their chat is locked until the limit resets. They see a message explaining the limit and when it resets. Admins are not affected by member limits.

Are uploaded files stored?

No. Files are parsed and analyzed in memory, then deleted immediately. We do not store file contents on our servers.

Is chat history saved?

Chat history is visible within your active session and in the sidebar for 24 hours. After that it is automatically deleted from our servers.
