FAQ
What happens after my 7-day trial ends?
Your team loses access to AI queries. To continue, the admin subscribes to a plan. All settings are preserved. There's no automatic charge — you only pay when you choose to subscribe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the admin billing dashboard. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
Do query limits reset?
Daily limits (50/member) reset at midnight IST. Monthly limits (1,500/member) reset on the 1st of each month. Unused queries don't roll over.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All payments are in ₹ with GST invoices available.
Can I add members after subscribing?
You can add up to your plan's seat limit. Starter = 10, Growth = 50, Scale = 100. If you need more, upgrade your plan or contact sales for Enterprise.
Is there a yearly plan?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free (~17% discount). Contact sales@stackbharat.com to set up annual billing.
